Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Times Square Gifts & Souvenirs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your order under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must have all original tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable).

  • Personalized, customized, clearance, or sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

  • Order Number

  • Photos of the item showing the damage or defect

  • Description of the issue

We will review your request and offer either a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs), depending on the case.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, earrings)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@timessquaregifts.com.
